Read your sales insights
Use Insights to understand sales and activity over a chosen period.
What to do
- Open Insights and select the reporting Period.
- Choose a Day or Week breakdown.
- In Overview, review Revenue, Orders, Items sold, Storefront visitors, Average order subtotal and VAT.
- Read the descriptions below the figures and compare with the previous period shown.
- Use Export … as CSV on an individual metric when you need its data.
- Change the period or breakdown to answer a different question.
What happens next
The dashboard shows the selected period’s activity and comparison figures.
Good to know
Sales metrics use paid, non-cancelled orders by the date placed in UK time. Revenue is food sales after discounts excluding fees; average order subtotal is before discounts and fees. Payout balances use a different basis.
