Understand your balances and payout history

Use Payouts to see money settling, money available and transfers to your bank.

What to do

1. Open Payouts.
2. Read Total balance, On the way and Available. Use each information button for the explanation of that figure.
3. Choose Refresh if you need an updated balance.
4. Read the Payouts schedule to see whether payouts are automatic or manually controlled.
5. Use the Payouts tab to review bank transfers and their statuses.
6. If account setup needs attention, follow the Stripe connection or account-update controls offered by the portal.

What happens next

You can distinguish recent money still settling from money available to pay out.

Good to know

In the local test environment, the balance is labelled as simulated. Use the live Stripe account for actual processing fees and balances.
