Review and export transactions
Inspect payments and refunds alongside their fees and net amounts.
What to do
- Open Payouts and choose Transactions.
- Use Search transactions and Filter to find the relevant dates or transaction type.
- Review Date, Description, Type, Gross, Around fee, Processing estimate, Net and Status.
- Select an order or refund description to open the related order.
- Choose Export transactions to download the relevant transaction records.
What happens next
You can trace payment and refund records back to their orders.
Good to know
Processing is labelled as an estimate. The connected Stripe account shows the actual fee and balance. A sales total in Insights is not the same as a bank payout.
