Invite someone to help run your shop
Give each person their own login and access to the areas they need.
What to do
- Open SettingsTeam and choose Invite member.
- Enter their First name, Last name and Email.
- Choose the permissions they need. Read the description beside each one, especially the permissions for financial information and team settings.
- Use Select all permissions only if they need access to all the listed areas.
- Review the email address and selections, then choose Send invite.
- Check that the person appears as Invited. They can use the emailed link to join your team.
What happens next
The person receives an invitation and can access the areas you selected after joining.
Good to know
Invite links expire after seven days. The form needs a first name, valid email address and at least one permission before you can send it.
