Find, reply to and manage customer reviews
Use Reviews to read feedback and choose how it appears on your storefront.
What to do
- Open Reviews and review the rating summary.
- Choose Published, Featured or Hidden to find the reviews you need.
- Search or sort the list. Use Filter for rating, item, drop or reply status.
- For an existing review, choose Reply or Edit reply, enter your public response and choose Post reply.
- Use the available actions to feature a review, publish it or hide it.
- Check the relevant status tab after making a change.
What happens next
Reviews and your replies are organised according to the selected status.
Good to know
New reviews come from customers with collected orders. Hidden reviews remain in your records. Review collection is controlled separately in Settings.
