Reward a customer with points or a personal discount
Use the customer’s profile to manage an individual reward.
What to do
- Open the customer’s profile and choose More customer actions.
- Choose Create a customer discount to open a discount restricted to that customer. Complete and review the discount before saving it.
- If your loyalty programme is enabled, choose Adjust loyalty points.
- Enter a whole-number change. Use a positive number to add points or a negative number to remove points.
- Select Update and check the customer’s new balance.
What happens next
The customer has the saved discount or adjusted loyalty balance.
Good to know
Adjust loyalty points is unavailable while loyalty is off. Enable and configure the programme in Settings before using it.
