Reply to and close a support conversation
Keep a support question and its follow-up information in the same conversation.
What to do
- Open SettingsContact support.
- Select the conversation. Use the search or status selector if it is not in the current list.
- Read the reply and any action requested by Around.
- Enter your response in Reply to Around and attach files if they will help, then send it.
- Use Close conversation once the question is resolved.
- If you need more help with the same question, choose Reopen or reply to the closed conversation.
What happens next
The support thread keeps your replies and attachments together.
