Create a collection location

Save a collection location once, then reuse it in your drops.

What to do

1. Open Locations and choose Create location.
2. Enter the Postcode and select Find address. Choose the correct address from the results, or complete the address fields if needed.
3. Check Address line 1, optional Address line 2, and Town or city.
4. Enter a clear Name customers will recognise, such as “Saturday market stall”.
5. Add optional Collection instructions explaining where to go, what to bring or how to identify your stall.
6. Add a Photo if it will help customers find you. Adjust the crop and choose Done.
7. Choose whether to Hide exact address. If enabled, customers see only the street and postcode until they order.
8. Review the VAT rate, then select Create location.

What happens next

The saved location appears in your Locations list and becomes available when adding a collection window to a drop.
