Add your logo, banner and shop bio
Introduce your food business with a short bio and photos that feel like your shop.
What to do
- Open SettingsOnline shopLogo & bio.
- Write your Bio. Keep it within the 300-character limit and tell customers what you make and what they can expect.
- Add your Header logo. A transparent PNG cropped close to the logo works well.
- Add a Banner using a wide food photo. The editor uses a 3:1 crop.
- Use the photo editor to frame each image, then choose Done.
- Check the mobile and desktop previews. Use the image controls if you need to re-crop or remove a photo.
- Choose Save changes.
What happens next
Your shop shows the saved logo, banner and bio.

Your shop banner is separate from the cover photo on an individual drop.
