Choose what appears on your shop
Control past-drop visibility and whether customers can start a chat before ordering opens.
What to do
- Open SettingsOnline shopOther settings.
- Choose whether to Show past drops on storefront. Past menus can help new customers see what you make.
- Choose whether to Hide pre-drop customer chat. Turning this on hides that way of starting a conversation before a drop opens.
- If gift-card buying is available on your account, review its storefront switch here too.
- Choose Save changes and check your shop.
- To publish or unpublish the whole storefront, open Ready to sell and use Publish storefront.

Your shop follows the saved display settings.
