Change your shop name, web address and social links
Help customers recognise your shop and find the right place to order.
What to do
- Select your business name at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose Online shop.
- On the Name tab, choose Update beside Storefront name. Enter the name customers should see and save it.
- To change your shop link, choose Update beside Web address. Enter the new username and check the availability message and link preview.
- Read the note about your previous address, then choose Save username when you are ready.
- Under Social links, choose Update for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or X. Enter the handle or link and save it.
- Check the preview and open your shop to make sure the details look right.
What happens next
Your saved name appears on your shop, emails and receipts. Your social links help customers find your other pages.
Good to know
Each dialog on the Name tab saves its change straight away. The old shop address redirects to the new one, and the old username stays reserved for 180 days. Food-business registration details are managed separately.
