Download a prep list
Export the filtered preparation list for kitchen use or further planning.
What to do
- Open Prep, choose the grouping and set the dates, filters and item search.
- Choose Export. It becomes available when the view contains items.
- Check Filters & grouping in the dialog to confirm which work will be included.
- Choose PDF or CSV as the Export format.
- Leave Mark exported items as prepared off when you only want a list. Turn it on only if the exported items have actually been prepared and you want to record that progress too.
- Select Download and open the file to check it.
What happens next
The downloaded list reflects the items currently shown. Prep progress changes only if you selected the marking option.
Good to know
A CSV includes the group, item, options, customer message, quantity to make and prepared count. Exporting is not a customer “ready” action.
