Plan what to make

Prep combines eligible paid orders into the quantities your kitchen needs to make.

What to do

1. Open Prep.
2. Choose Overall, By week, By day or By time, depending on how you plan production.
3. Set the Fulfilment date range. The default starts from today.
4. Use Filter to narrow the list by drop, location or item. Use Search items for a particular food.
5. Read each group’s item totals and expand item variants where available. For an assortment, expand the box to see totals for each flavour across the selected orders.
6. Check selected options and special-instruction notes before preparing the food. Use the order details to pack the correct mix into each assortment box.
7. If the page is empty, check the date range and filters, and confirm that the expected orders have been paid.

What happens next

The list shows the quantities to prepare for the selected dates and filters.

Good to know

Awaiting-payment orders are excluded until payment is confirmed. If a large result is truncated, narrow the dates to see the rest.
