Find your way around the portal
Your portal brings together your menus, sales, kitchen preparation and customer conversations.
What to do
- Use Drops to plan what you are selling and when customers can order and collect.
- Use Items for the reusable catalogue behind your menus, and Locations for collection addresses.
- Open Orders to check purchases and manage collection. Use Prep to see quantities to make.
- Open Inbox for customer messages, Customers for customer records and Reviews for feedback.
- Use Insights to review performance and Payouts for balances and transactions.
- Select your business name and Settings at the bottom of the sidebar to open account and shop settings.
- Use Toggle Sidebar to give the page more room. On smaller screens, use the available navigation controls to move between areas.
What happens next
You can move between daily work and business settings from the same portal.
Good to know
Your team permissions determine which areas you can open. A missing section may require access from the account owner. Gift cards and collaborations also depend on availability on Around.
