Check your food-business registration
Use the official food-business record to confirm the business and premises where you make food.
What to do
- Open SettingsFood business details as the account owner.
- Check Food business name, Business setup and Where you make food. The food-business details must describe the business and premises you actually use.
- Choose Check again beside Food business registration.
- Review the suggested official record, including its business name, address, local authority and rating date. If several records appear, select the one for your premises.
- Only confirm the declaration if the record is for your food business at the place you make food and the ownership statement is correct.
- Choose Confirm and read the result. If the details differ, use the offered name or address corrections, or send your council confirmation to Around.
- Return to Ready to sell to check the resulting registration status.
What happens next
The portal shows whether your registration is confirmed, needs more information or is being checked by Around.
Good to know
Your storefront display name is a separate setting. Do not select another business’s official record just because its name is similar. If records are unavailable or your registration is new, follow the manual-check route offered by the portal.
