New to Around? These five steps take you from a new account to a drop customers can order from. Each step links to a short video or a full guide.

1. Complete your selling checks
Before opening a drop, use Ready to sell in the sidebar to check the business, payment and food details customers rely on. Work through the food business check, payments and payouts, and your seller details and terms until the page says Ready to sell.

2. Create your items
Create an item in your catalogue so you can use it on one or more drop menus. Add a clear food photo, a name and description, the base price and the item's food information.

3. Add a collection location
Save a collection location once, then reuse it in your drops. Give it a name customers will recognise, and add collection instructions explaining where to go.

4. Create a drop
A drop is a menu for collection. Add a collection window, set when Orders open and Orders close, add your items on the Menu step, then schedule the drop.

5. Share your shop and get ready for orders
Copy your Online shop link from Settings, or show its QR code, so customers can find you. When orders come in, open Orders to see the work ahead.
Then watch Find and organise your orders to handle your first orders.
