Use bulk actions and collection reports

Select orders together and track collection progress for the current view.

What to do

1. Open Orders and choose the status, dates and filters you need.
2. Use the checkboxes to select specific orders, or Select all orders for the displayed selection.
3. Review the bulk actions offered for the selection. Use only actions appropriate to all selected orders and read any early-fulfilment confirmation.
4. Choose Order report for a collection-progress summary.
5. Switch between Overall, By day and By time.
6. Use Filter by name inside the report to find a customer. Check the “collected” count as orders are handed over.

What happens next

The report shows collection progress for the current view, while selection tools let you work with several orders.

The available actions depend on the selected orders’ statuses and your permissions. Check the selection count before applying an action.
