Add collection dates, windows and locations
Collection windows describe when and where customers can collect from a drop.
What to do
- Open the drop’s Info step and select Add collection window.
- Choose the Date, Start time and End time.
- Choose the Location. If the location is missing, use Create location and complete its details first.
- Select Save and check the new window in the collection list.
- Add another window for an additional date or collection period.
- To edit a saved window, select it. Use its Window actions menu for the other available actions.
- Review the ordering deadline beside each window before scheduling.
What happens next
Customers can choose from the collection dates and times available for the drop.
Good to know
One drop has one ordering closing time across all its collection dates. If Tuesday and Friday need different deadlines, create a separate drop for each date.
