Set drop visibility and checkout options
Choose how customers discover the drop and what they can see before ordering opens.
What to do
- Open the drop’s Schedule step.
- Choose Public to show the drop on your storefront, or Private if customers should use its direct link.
- If the drop is private, use its Copy control to copy the direct link for sharing.
- Set Time allowed at checkout, which controls how long items are held while a customer completes payment.
- Choose whether to Show ordering start time.
- Set Menu visibility to show the menu before opening or only from opening.
- Choose whether to show Remaining quantities. Sold-out items still show as sold out.
- Wait for the editor to save your selections.
What happens next
The drop uses the selected visibility and presentation settings.
Good to know
Private means hidden from your storefront; anyone with the direct link can still reach the drop. It is not a password-protected customer list.
