Set collection slots, capacity and lead time
Spread collections across manageable times and leave enough time to prepare each order.
What to do
- Open the drop’s Info step and choose Collection time settings.
- Choose Collection times to set the spacing between available collection times.
- Set Max orders per collection time, or leave it without a limit if appropriate.
- Enter Order lead time, such as “15 minutes” or “2 hours”. Leave it empty if no lead time is needed.
- Select Save, then review the summary shown above your collection windows.
What happens next
These settings apply to every collection window in this drop.
Good to know
Collection capacity limits orders, while item and section inventory limit food quantities. Your overall ordering closing time still applies.
