Set item stock and purchase limits for a drop
Use drop-specific inventory to control how much you can sell.
What to do
- Open the drop’s Menu step and select an item, or choose its Inventory and limits action.
- Leave Unlimited on if you do not need a total stock cap. Otherwise turn it off and enter the available inventory amount.
- Set Max per order if one customer should only be able to buy a limited quantity.
- Set Max per collection time to spread the item across collection slots.
- If the item has inventory-enabled option groups, set any option quantities shown as well.
- Choose Update, then review the stock summary on the menu.
What happens next
Sales of the item are constrained by the limits set for this drop.
Good to know
Item, section and collection-time limits can apply together. Reaching any applicable limit can stop further sales; an unlimited item can still be restricted by a shared section limit.
