Share inventory across a menu section

A shared section limit is useful when several items use the same oven space or ingredient.

What to do

1. Open the drop’s Menu step.
2. Open the section’s actions menu and select Section settings.
3. Enable Section inventory.
4. Enter Total across the section.
5. Optionally set Max per collection time.
6. Select Save and review the shared inventory summary beside the section heading.

What happens next

Every item in that section draws on the same combined allowance.

Good to know

For example, you can offer three pastry flavours with 24 pastries available in total and no more than six in each collection time. Item-specific limits still apply.
