Close your Around account
Read the account-closure information carefully before choosing to close your shop.
What to do
- Open SettingsYour account and download any business data you need to keep.
- Find Delete account and open the closure dialog.
- Read the checks. If it lists orders, payments or refunds to finish first, follow those links and resolve them before continuing.
- Read what will be removed and what records will be retained, including any gift-card warning shown for your account.
- If you decide to continue, type the exact storefront name requested and complete any identity check.
- Use the final Delete account button only when you are ready to close the account permanently. Choose Cancel if you want to keep it.
What happens next
A successful closure takes your shop offline and removes access according to the confirmation shown.
Good to know
This action cannot be undone. The portal explains the effect on your shop, team logins and retained order/payment records before the final step.
