Turn customer review collection on or off
Invite customers to leave feedback after collecting their orders.
What to do
- Open SettingsReviews.
- If review collection is off, choose Start accepting reviews.
- When enabled, review Accept reviews and set Ask for a review to the delay you want after collection.
- To stop collecting new reviews, turn Accept reviews off.
- Open Reviews in the sidebar to read and manage feedback you have already received.
What happens next
Eligible customers can be invited to review after collection when review collection is enabled.
Good to know
Existing reviews stay on your shop when you turn collection off. The enabled controls save when changed; there is no separate save step on this panel.
