Choose the business emails you receive
Choose which operational updates reach your email inbox.
What to do
- Open SettingsNotifications.
- Review the recipient email shown at the top of the panel.
- Turn New order on or off for paid-order notifications.
- Turn New inbox message on or off for customer-message notifications.
- Turn Daily summary on or off for the evening summary of sales and upcoming collections.
- Check each switch after changing it. The setting saves immediately.
What happens next
Your business notifications follow the saved switches.
Good to know
Each team member chooses their own notifications. Customer emails are configured separately in Reminders and customer email preferences.
