Set up a loyalty programme

Give returning customers points they can use for money off a future order.

What to do

1. Open SettingsLoyalty.
2. Choose Enable loyalty if the programme is off.
3. Set Points per £1 to control how quickly customers earn points.
4. Set Points for a reward and the Reward value.
5. Read the example showing how much spending earns a reward. Adjust the values if the offer is not what you intended.
6. Save the programme settings.
7. Use the programme switch to turn loyalty off when needed. You can review and adjust an individual customer’s points from their profile.

What happens next

Customers earn points on eligible paid orders under the saved programme settings.

Good to know

The enabled form requires whole-number points and a reward value above zero. The portal explains that points are removed when an order is refunded.
