Find, edit, duplicate and remove catalogue items
Keep your reusable catalogue organised as your menu changes.
What to do
- Open Items and use Search items to find a product.
- Use Sort or Filter to narrow the catalogue. Review the list’s allergens, VAT, usage and price columns.
- Select the item’s row to edit it, make your changes and choose Update item.
- To start a similar item, open its actions menu and choose Duplicate. Review the copied details and food information before using the new item.
- Use the item’s delete action only when you want to remove it from the catalogue, and read the confirmation before continuing.
- To stop offering an item in just one drop, remove it from that drop’s menu instead.
What happens next
Catalogue changes are saved separately from drop-specific inventory and limits.
