Preview how customer choices appear
Test your option rules and check how choices will appear in the kitchen and on orders.
What to do
- Open the item’s Customer choices, then edit an option group.
- Select the Preview tab.
- Make selections in Customer preview. Check the required label, minimum and maximum, repeat controls and price adjustments.
- For an exact-six group, try five selections and then six. At six, check that further additions are disabled. Remove one to check you can change the mix.
- Review Prep and Order preview beneath the customer choices. With Assortment on, Kitchen / prep shows the number of each flavour, including repeats. Order summary keeps the box’s individual picks.
- Return to Setup if you need to change names, prices or rules. Save the group and then the item when finished.

You can check the customer and fulfilment experience before selling the item.

Preview uses illustrative order details and does not place an order. Its example order price is not a checkout quote; check the saved item on the storefront to verify the real total.
