Add food information for variants and extras
Describe what each customer choice adds to the base recipe.
What to do
- Open the item’s Food information.
- Expand Option additions.
- Expand a choice, such as “Extra gravy”.
- Enter the ingredients that choice adds, and tick the allergens it adds.
- Repeat for each option that changes the food. Choices without additions use the base recipe.
- Review the complete food and options, confirm the checked declaration and save the item.
What happens next
Food information can reflect the customer’s configured item rather than only the base recipe.
